This MacGillivray's Warbler flew into the glass of a window on my patio one morning and died instantly. I was so moved by his sudden death that I took his photo with his head on a pillow of lavender flowers, and wrote a poem about how we need to pay attention to things that fall outside of our immediate focus of interest. I added the poem to the picture.
